Coforge planning to raise funds by way of issuance of non-convertible bonds
Date: 12-04-2021Coforge is planning for raising of funds by way of issuance of Non-Convertible Bonds on private placement basis, for such amount and on such terms and conditions as may be decided by the Board at the meeting. A meeting of the Board will be held on April 17, 2021, to consider and approve the same.
