Svaraj Trading & Agencies may merge Kamala Udyoga with itself

Svaraj Trading & Agencies is considering a proposal where it may amalgamate its wholly owned subsidiary company - Kamala Udyoga with itself. The board at its meeting to be held on September 19, 2011 will consider and transact the business.

Further, the amalgamation of Svaraj Trading & Agencies with Kamala Udyoga will be under section 391 to 394 of the Companies Act, 1956.

Svaraj Trading and Agencies is engaged in trading of securities and stocks.
