Power Finance Corporation’s (PFC) Wholly Owned Subsidiary -- PFC Consulting has incorporated its Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) company -- Nangalbibra-Bongaigaon Transmission as a Wholly Owned Subsidiary company (WOS) for development of Transmission Scheme associated with Establishment of new 220/132 kV substation at Nangalbibra.
