In accordance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI Depositories and participants) Regulations, 2018 and based on the certificate received from Aarthi Consultants (Registrar and Share Transfer Agent -RTA), Blue Cloud Softech Solutions has confirmed that for the period from 1st January, 2021 to 31st March,2021, the certificate of equity shares received for dematerialization have been mutilated and cancelled only after due verification and that the name of the respective depository has been substituted as the registered owner in respect of those dematerialized equity shares. The Company has further confirmed that the securities comprised in the said certificates of equity shares have been listed on stock exchanges where the earlier issued securities are listed.
