Date: 23-04-2021Titan Engineering & Automation (TEAL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Titan Company, has incorporated a Wholly Owned Subsidiary namely ‘TEAL USA Inc.’ in the state of Michigan, USA and consequently it has become a step down subsidiary of the company effective April 15, 2021.TEAL USA Inc. has been formed as a wholly owned subsidiary of Titan Engineering & Automation (TEAL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Titan Company (Titan).
Titan Company is an Indian designer and manufacturer of watches, jewellery, precision engineering components and other accessories including sunglasses, wallets, bags and belts.
