Date: 26-04-2021In refer to earlier intimation dated 22nd April, 2021 pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Britannia Industries has informed about change in date and time of investor/ analyst conference call. The investor/ analyst conference call which was earlier scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 28th April 2021 at 11:30 will now be held on Tuesday, 27th April, 2021 at 18:30 hours. During the call, the management will comment upon the financial results and operations for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2021. Transcript of the said call will be subsequently posted on the Company's Website i.e., http://www.britannia.co.in.
