Arihant Superstructures to set up wholly owned subsidiary company

Arihant Superstructures has received an approval to set up a wholly owned subsidiary of the company. The board at its meeting held on October 30, 2012 has approved for the same.

Besides, the board has also taken the note of investments in Arihant Technoinfra and Arihant Aashiyana. The board approved selling of flats in Arihant Adita and Arihant Ayati to the managing director of the company and his relatives. 

Further, the board has also discussed about the progress report of all the projects of the company and its subsidiaries.

Arihant Superstructures is one of the real estate development and construction companies in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. It mainly undertakes residential projects.
