Nelco has informed that the Board of Directors at its Meeting held on 28th April 2021 has approved the Audited Standalone and Audited Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2021. The said Audited Consolidated Financial Results in the prescribed format were published in the ‘Business Standard (English) and Sakal (Marathi)’ on 30th April 2021. A copy of the results published is attached. These are also being made available on the website of the Company at www.nelco.in.
