Cera Sanitaryware looking for international acquisition

Cera Sanitaryware is looking for international acquisition after entering into tiles manufacturing. The company plans to acquire a European brand and looking forward to buy out an internationally acknowledged brand.

The company has registered a jump of over 44.18% in its net profit at Rs 11.03 crore as compared to Rs 7.65 crore in the corresponding quarter previous year. The total income of the company has also increased by 51.97% to Rs 111.38 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 73.29 crore in the same month last year.

Cera Sanitaryware is a pioneer in the sanitaryware segment in India. Its manufacturing facility is located at Kadi in the Mehsana district of Gujarat.
