Aran Kitchen ceases to be subsidiary of Kreon Finnancial Services

Kreon Finnancial Services has diluted its 2% stake in its erstwhile subsidiary Aran Kitchen World India (Aran Kitchen), resulting in reduce in stake of the company from 51% to 49% as a resultant the company is no more a subsidiary company, of Kreon Finnancial Services.

The board at its meeting held on October 31, 2012 has taken the note of it. Besides, the board also discussed about the ongoing business proposition.

Kreon Finnancial Services carries a wide range of fund based and non-fund based financial services namely investment, lease finance, hire purchase finance, bill discounting etc.
