Ravalgaon Sugar Farm board to consider financial results
Date: 31-10-2012Ravalgaon Sugar Farm has informed that a meeting of the board of directors of the company will be held on November 07, 2012, to consider and take on record audited financial results for the year ended September 30, 2012 (18 months) and to recommend the final dividend, if any, for the financial year ended September 30, 2012.
Further, the board will fix the date of the annual general meeting of the company and the date of the book closure for the purpose of AGM and/ or Dividend.
