Elantas Beck India appoints directors
Date: 31-10-2012Elantas Beck India has informed about that Dr. Wolfgang Schutt has ceased to be a director of the company with effect from October 26, 2012 consequent to his resignation as a member of the board and Dr. Guido Forstbach has been appointed as additional director of the company with effect from October 26, 2012 till the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the company.
Further, Sharadkumar Shetye who ceased to be the alternate director of Dr. Wolfgang Schutt consequent to Dr. Schutts resignation with effect from October 26, 2012, has been appointed as alternate director of Dr. Guido Forstbach from that date.
