Subex has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 17/05/2021, to consider and approve Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2021 and the proposal for recommending final dividend for the financial year 2020-21, if any, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. A copy of the advertisement to be published in the newspapers for intimation of the Board Meeting as per Regulation 47 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 is enclosed as Annexure-I. For consideration of the financial results, the trading window of the Company has been closed from March 31, 2021 and will re-open on May 20, 2021.
