Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, JSW Steel has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors has been convened to be held on Friday, May 21, 2021, to consider, the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2021, the Recommendation of payment of dividend on the Equity Shares of the Company and for considering raising of long term funds, including but not limited to, Qualified Institutions Placement of permissible securities and issuance of equity shares or other securities by way of a rights issue, subject to such regulatory/statutory approvals as may be required. Based on the outcome of the meeting, the Company will make such disclosures, as may be required under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
