In continuation of its earlier letter no. GPIL/NSE&BSE/2021/4324 dated March 26, 2021 through which it had informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company shall remain closed from April 01, 2021 to till 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2021, for the Directors/KMP and other designated employees etc. covered under the Code. The meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 25, 2021 for considering Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results and Financial Statements of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2021. In this regard, Godawari Power & Ispat has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company shall remain closed till 48 hours after the conclusion of meeting up to closing of the trading hours of May 27, 2021.
