Power Finance Corporation’s (PFC) Wholly Owned Subsidiary -- PFC Consulting has incorporated its two Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) companies -- Khavda-Bhuj Transmission and Kishtwar Transmission as wholly owned subsidiaries (WOS).

Khavda-Bhuj Transmission incorporated for development of Transmission Scheme associated with ‘Transmission scheme for evacuation of 3 GW RE injection at Khavda P.S. under Phase-I’ and Kishtwar Transmission incorporated for development of Transmission Scheme associated with ‘Transmission system for evacuation of power from Pakaldul HEP in Chenab Valley HEPs –Connectivity System.’

PFC is central PSU under Ministry of Power and India's leading NBFC.
