Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has transferred its digital transformation business undertaking, incubated and conducted as L&T-NxT (NxT Digital Business) to Mindtree, a listed subsidiary of the company, pursuant to the execution of a Business Transfer Agreement between L&T and Mindtree on May 20, 2021. The transaction involves a cash consideration of Rs 198 crore. The transaction will be completed by July 31, 2021.

L&T is an Indian multinational engaged in technology, engineering, construction, manufacturing and financial services.
