Date: 21-05-2021In furtherance to letters dated July 02, 2020 and January 26, 2021, with regard to Affle International (AINT), a wholly-owned Singapore subsidiary of the Company entering into Share Purchase Agreements for purchase and sale, respectively of minority investment of 170,263 shares (8%) in OSLabs, Singapore (Indus OS), Affle (India) has informed that on May 20, 2021 AINT has settled its option(s) to buy the shares of Indus OS from Affle Global (promoter group company). AINT shall receive the arm's length settlement consideration of $4.32 million. Post this transaction, AINT does not hold any investment/ rights/ options related to the shares of Indus OS.
