Date: 21-05-2021Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III Para A, of SEBI Listing Regulations and in compliance with the General Circular dated 5th May 2020 read with General Circulars dated 8th April 2020, 13th April 2020, 28th September 2020, 31st December 2020 and 13th January 2021 issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and SEBI Circular dated 12th May 2020 and 15th January 2021, Nelco has informed that it enclosed the newspaper clipping of advertisements published in ‘Business Standard’ (English) and ‘Sakal’ (Marathi) for giving Public Notice to the Shareholders for intimating that the 78th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 22nd June 2021 at 4:30 p.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing/ Other Audio Visual Means.
