Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Tata Consumer Products has informed that it enclosed copies of the newspaper notice, published in Business Standard (English) all India edition and Aajkaal (Bengali) Kolkata edition, in compliance with General Circular no. 20/2020 dated May 5, 2020 read with General Circular no. 02/2021 dated January 13, 2021, intimating that the 58th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Friday, June 25, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing/ Other Audio Visual Means and providing other details concerning e-Voting, procedure for registering email addresses, updation of bank account details and TDS on proposed Dividend.
