Newgen Software Technologies has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, Tuesday, 25th May 2021 which commenced at 10:00 am and concluded at 10:55 am, has approved the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2021; approved to convene 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company on Tuesday, 27th July 2021; recommended a final dividend of Rs 3.5 per Equity Share of Rs 10 each, (i.e. 35% on the paid up equity share capital) of the Company for the financial year 2020-21. Dividend on equity shares, if declared, at the ensuing AGM, will be credited/ dispatched to the eligible members after the AGM within the time limit as prescribed under the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable laws; etc.
