Computer Age Management Services has informed that the board at the meeting held on 25th May, 2021 has recommended the payment of Final Dividend of Rs 11.84 per equity share. The above Dividend, subject to the approval of the Members will be paid to those Members of the Company whose names appears on the Register of Members of the Company or as beneficial owners in the records of CDSL and NSDL on the 29th day of July, 2021 being the Record date for payment of Final Dividend. The expected date of disbursement of the dividend is 30th day of August, 2021.
