Adani Enterprises has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary namely, Mahanadi Mines and Minerals (MMMPL) on May 25, 2021 to own develop and operate mines of various minerals. MMMPL is incorporated in India and registered with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat at Ahmedabad.

Adani Enterprises is an infrastructure company. The company is engaged in coal trading, coal mining, oil and gas exploration, ports, multimodal logistics, power generation and transmission, and gas distribution.
