Hindustan Unilever has informed that pursuant to Regulation 39(3) and other applicable regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Hindustan Unilever has informed that Registrar and Transfer Agent of Company KFin Technologies has received information regarding loss of Share Certificate and request for issuance of duplicate Share Certificate from the Shareholder, Amol Jain. The Company shall issue the duplicate Share Certificate only after the necessary formalities are carried out by the Shareholder.
