This intimation is in modification to the intimation provided to the Exchanges through its letter dated 3 June, 2021 wherein the company had intimated the Name of Fund/ Company as Locus Investments. With the change in schedule, it will now be a joint meeting with Locus Investments and PNB Met Life. The aforesaid information will also be disclosed on the website of the Company.
