In compliance with relevant circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India, the Notice convening the AGM and the Integrated Annual Report of the Company for the financial year 2020-21 has been sent to all the members of the Company whose email addresses are registered with the Company or Depository Participant(s). The AGM of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 29th June, 2021, at 11:00 am IST through Video Conferencing/ Other Audio-Visual Means in accordance with the aforesaid circulars.
