Apollo Hospitals Enterprise has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company will consider the approval of the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2021 and recommendation of dividend, if any, for the year ending March 31, 2021, at its Meeting to be held on June 23, 2021. Further, in accordance with the Provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, (as amended) and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window would continue to remain closed for Promoters, Directors, other connected persons and designated employees of the Company from April 01, 2021 till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results i.e., up to June 25, 2021.
