Adani Enterprises has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary company namely Mundra Windtech (MWL) on June 7, 2021. The company has been incorporated to carry on business as manufacturers of wind turbine generators and other auxiliaries. The subsidiary company is yet to commence its business operations.

Adani Enterprises is an infrastructure company. The company is engaged in coal trading, coal mining, oil and gas exploration, ports, multimodal logistics, power generation and transmission, and gas distribution.
