Infosys informs about allotment of equity shares
Date: 09-06-2021Infosys has informed that the Company has allotted 1,37,824 equity shares on June 07, 2021, pursuant to the exercise of Restricted Stock Units by eligible employees as hereunder: 1,01,149 equity shares under the 2015 Stock Incentive Compensation Plan and 36,675 equity shares under the Infosys Expanded Stock Ownership Program 2019. Consequently, on June 07, 2021, the issued and subscribed share capital of the Company stands increased to ? 21,306,358,815 divided into 4,261,271,763 equity shares of ?5 each.
