Shriram Transport Finance Company (STFC) has decided to buy back bonds issued by it in January 2019 for a limit up to Rs 450 crore. The decision was taken by the Banking and Finance Committee of the company at a meeting held on June 16, 2021.

Shriram Transport Finance Company is a flagship company of the Chennai-based Shriram group and is classified as deposit taking Asset Financing NBFC.
