ONGC trades higher on turning black in Q4

Oil & Natural Gas Corporation  (ONGC) is currently trading at Rs. 122.70, up by 0.65 points or 0.53% from its previous closing of Rs. 122.05 on the BSE.

On the consolidated basis, the company has reported net profit attributable to owners at Rs 9,404.16 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2021 as compared to net loss of Rs 6,338.12 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 9.45% at Rs 118206.16 crore for Q4FY21 as compared Rs 108004.16 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

For the year ended March 31, 2021, the company has reported 16.47% fall in its net profit at Rs 11,246.44 crore as compared to net profit at Rs 13,463.68 crore for the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 26.78% at Rs 75,283.60 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 102823.77 crore for year ended March 31, 2020.

For the year ended March 31, 2021, on the consolidated basis, the company has reported a rise of 50.40% in its net profit attributable to owners at Rs 16,248.69 crore as compared to net profit of Rs 10,803.60 crore for the previous year. However, total income of the company decreased by 14.78% at Rs 369895.33 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 434038.10 crore for year ended March 31, 2020.
