JSW Energy has reported results for fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2021.

The company has reported 7.99% fall in its net profit at Rs 87.46 crore for the quarter under review as compared to net profit at Rs 95.06 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 29.30% at Rs 738.08 crore for Q4FY21 as compared Rs 1043.93 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the company has reported marginal fall of 1.70% in its net profit attributable to owners at Rs 106.60 crore for the quarter under review as compared to net profit of Rs 108.44 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 12.64% at Rs 1614.09 crore for Q4FY21 as compared Rs 1847.65 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

For the year ended March 31, 2021, the company has reported 62.60% fall in its net profit at Rs 186.18 crore as compared to net profit at Rs 497.81 crore for the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 34.40% at Rs 2959.94 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 4511.89 crore for year ended March 31, 2020.

For the year ended March 31, 2021, on the consolidated basis, the company has reported a fall of 27.68% in its net profit attributable to owners at Rs 795.48 crore as compared to net profit of Rs 1099.92 crore for the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 16.36% at Rs 7159.65 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 8559.69 crore for year ended March 31, 2020.
