Pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window will remain closed from July 1, 2021 to August 2, 2021. The Trading Window will be closed for the declaration of the aforesaid unaudited financial results and to fulfil certain filing requirements with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
