Piramal Enterprises has raised Rs 365 crore and allotted 3,650 Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable Principal Protected, Market Linked Non-Convertible Debentures (Debentures) each having a face value of Rs 10,00,000, on private placement basis. These Debentures are proposed to be listed on Debt Market segment of NSE. The Meeting of Administrative Committee of the Board of Directors of the company held on June 28, 2021 has approved the allotment of the same.
