Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 34(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Computer Age Management Services has informed that it has enclosed the Annual Report for the financial year 20-21 along with the notice of the 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company scheduled on Thursday, 29th July 2021 at 04:00 pm through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The said documents will also be available in the website of the company at www.camsonline.com. In compliance with the MCA Circulars and SEBI Circulars, the AGM of the members of the Company is being held through VC / OAVM. The Notice of the 33rd Annual General Meeting and Annual Report for FY 20-21 are being sent only by email to the registered email addresses of the shareholders of the Company. The Company has appointed B Chandra of B Chandra & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries (CP No: 7859), as the Scrutinizer for the e-voting process (Remote e-voting and e-voting on AGM Day). With reference to the above, the company has attached the key details for the information of shareholders.
