With reference to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and its letter dated June 18, 2021 regarding the outcome of Board Meeting of R Systems International (Company) held on the same day, where in the Company had recommended an interim dividend of Rs 2.50 per equity share of face value of Re 01 each for the financial year 2021 and the date of payment of the said interim dividend was Friday, July 16, 2021, R Systems International has now informed that the payment date of the said interim dividend 2021 has been preponed from July 16, 2021 to July 14, 2021.
