Zensar Technologies’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Zensar Technologies Inc, has completed the acquisition of 100% stake in M3Bi India on July 8, 2021. The closing conditions for acquisition of 100% membership interests in M3bi LLC, USA, by Zensar Technologies Inc. are underway and completion of acquisition will be intimated by the Company, separately.

Zensar Technologies, formerly known as ICIL was acquired by the RPG group in 1989. It is a globally focused software and services company spread across eighteen countries across the world.
