With reference to its earlier intimation dated June 18, 2020, wherein it was intimated that the Board of Directors of the Bank has recommended the appointment of MSKA & Associates, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 105047W) and M M Nissim & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 107122W/W100672) as the Joint Statutory Auditors of the Bank for the financial year 2021-22, for the approval of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). In this regard, HDFC Bank has informed that the RBI through its letter dated July 12, 2021 has approved the appointment of MSKA & Associates, Chartered Accountants for their third year and M M Nissim & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants for their first year, as the Joint Statutory Auditors of the Bank for the financial year 2021-22. The Bank is separately seeking relevant approvals from its shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Bank.
