Power Grid Corporation of India has informed that the tenure of A. R. Mahalakshmi, Independent Director appointed with effective from 26.07.2018 for a period of three years vide GOI Order dated. 17.07.2018 got completed on 25th July, 2021. On completion of said tenure, she ceases to be an Independent Director on the Board of Powergrid. This is informed in terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
