HDFC Bank gains on subscribing 5.55% equity shares in IBBIC

HDFC Bank is currently trading at Rs. 1447.55, up by 13.10 points or 0.91% from its previous closing of Rs. 1434.45 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1436.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1449.55 and Rs. 1436.00 respectively. So far 35487 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1650.00 on 24-Feb-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 994.00 on 03-Aug-2020.

HDFC Bank has subscribed to 50,000 Equity Shares of the face value of Rs 10 each fully paid up of IBBIC (IBBIC) for a consideration of Rs 10 per equity share constituting 5.55% of the issued and paid-up capital of IBBIC. Equity ownership of IBBIC is aimed at providing DLT solutions for the financial services sector.
