Sonata Software has informed that Sonata Software North America Inc., (SSNA) a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company has signed a definitive agreement with the Shareholders of Encore Software Services, Inc. a California Corporation (hereinafter referred to as ‘Encore US’) on 28 July, 2021 to acquire 100% stake in Encore US. The detailed information relating to this acquisition is provided in Annexure I, enclosed. The information required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015 and related Press Release is enclosed with this letter.
