Larsen & Toubro’s (L&T) board has approved the amalgamation of the company's wholly-owned arm L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering with the parent firm. The go-ahead was given in the meeting of board of directors.

L&T is an Indian multinational engaged in technology, engineering, construction, manufacturing and financial services.
