Coforge has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today on Wednesday, July 28, 2021 has appointed Barkha Sharma, as Company Secretary (CS) and Compliance Officer (CO) of the Company with effect from August 01, 2021. Sharma is a Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a Commerce graduate from a prestigious college of Delhi University having background in Corporate Secretarial and Compliance function supported by her varied professional experience. She has been associated with Coforge for 10+ years and has been involved in various strategic initiatives.
