It also enclosed the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the First Quarter ended 30th June, 2021, along with the Limited Review Report thereon, issued by the Statutory Auditors, Messrs B S R & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants and a copy of the Press Release. The Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 8.30 am and concluded at 11.50 am.
