Mahindra & Mahindra has informed that, at the 75th Annual General Meeting held on 6th August, 2021, the Shareholders of the Company have approved the: Appointment of Nisaba Godrej (DIN: 00591503) as an Independent Director of the Company, not liable to retire by rotation, for a term of 5 consecutive years commencing from 8th August, 2020 to 7th August, 2025, Appointment of Muthiah Murugappan (DIN: 07858587) as an Independent Director of the Company, not liable to retire by rotation, for a term of 5 consecutive years commencing from 8th August, 2020 to 7th August, 2025 and Re-appointment of  T. N. Manoharan (DIN: 01186248) as an Independent Director of the Company, not liable to retire by rotation, for a second term of 5 consecutive years commencing from 11th November, 2021 to 10th November, 2026. The details as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015, including the brief profile of the above Directors (in case of appointment/re-appointment) are given in Annexures A and B to this letter.
