Date: 07-08-2021In compliance with the requirements of Regulation 39 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, vide intimation dated 29th July, 2021 we had submitted information about the request for issuance of duplicate share certificate in lieu of the loss of original share certificate by a shareholder, Cipla has informed that with the approval of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee, on 4th August, 2021, the Company has cancelled the original share certificate no. 500346 and has issued the duplicate share certificate.
