Adani Enterprises has incorporated wholly-owned subsidiary namely 'Noida Data Center’ (NDCL) on August 05, 2021. NDCL is incorporated with the object to develop, operate, maintain, deal with the business of Data Center/ IT/ITeS/ Cloud, providing services related thereto and to undertake activities associated with its infrastructure development including land acquisition 8- development for the said purpose.

Adani Enterprises is an infrastructure company. The company is engaged in coal trading, coal mining, oil and gas exploration, ports, multimodal logistics, power generation and transmission, and gas distribution.
