Grasim Industries has reported results for first quarter ended June 30, 2021.

The company has reported net profit at Rs 481.59 crore for the quarter under review as compared to net loss of Rs 282.94 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company reported 2-fold jump at Rs 3827.60 crore for Q1FY22 as compared Rs 1434.90 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the company has reported 7-fold jump in its net profit attributable to owners at Rs 1667.30 crore for the quarter under review as compared to net profit of Rs 234.19 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 50.43% at Rs 20189.29 crore for Q1FY22 as compared Rs 13420.89 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
