Koliyote, Company Secretary (CS) and Compliance Officer(CO) of the Bank has informed the Bank that he would like to pursue career opportunities outside of the Bank and as such has resigned from the services of the Bank. Also informed that whilst the Bank has accepted his resignation, Girish V. Koliyote will continue to act as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Bank, until the close of business hours on Friday, October 8, 2021.
