Further to its letter dated July 17, 2021, HDFC Bank has informed that Bank has completed pricing of the US dollar denominated Basel III additional Tier I notes (the ‘Notes’). Further, the company has informed that the Issuer and the Lead Managers have also executed, the Subscription Agreement with Lead Managers appointed for the Issue. The details in relation to above mentioned Notes are attached.
